From May 26th to May 29th, 2023, Mr. Denis Van den Weghe, Chairman of the Board of the Society of Honorary Consuls (SHC), made a trip to the First Pan-African FICAC Conference (International Federation of Honorary Consuls) in Accra, Ghana.
