Grand opening of the new branch of the MEDIKER network of medical centers by Mr. Jambulat Sarsenov (Honorary Consul of Hungary)

The MEDIKER network of medical institutions continues to expand its geography and, taking into account significant experience in the provision of medical services in such cities as Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent, Aktobe, Atyrau, Zhanaozen, Aktau, Atyrau, Uralsk and Aksai, opens another medical center in Almaty.

The official opening of the new center under the leadership of the Honorary Consul of Hungary, Mr. Jambulat Sarsenov, took place on June 4, 2022 with the support of the Society of Honorary Consuls. The opening was attended by the UN Representative in Kazakhstan, Mr. Vlastimil Samek, Honorary and General consuls of such countries as Hungary, USA, Germany, Uzbekistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Sweden, Czech Republic, Mexico, Slovenia, Thailand, Armenia, Belgium, accredited in Kazakhstan. The event was also attended by corporate and potential clients of MEDIKER.

It should be noted that MEDIKER Group has extensive experience in the field of medical insurance and industrial medicine, and is also famous for its multifaceted approach in providing medical services.  As part of the presentation, there was an introduction to the internal infrastructure of the building, as well as a detailed introduction to the functionality of the services provided by the medical center. During the familiarization, the guests of the event witnessed a demonstration of modern equipment for the provision of consulting and diagnostic services of various profiles by the working staff of the institution.

Among the main speakers at the opening ceremony there were an Honorary Consul of Hungary in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the owner of the MEDIKER Medical Center, Mr. Jambulat Sarsenov, Chairman of the Board of the Society of Honorary Consuls and Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium in Almaty, Mr. Van den Weghe Denis, as well as Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Uzakbay Aitzhanov and others. Moreover, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Kazakhstan, His Excellency Andre Carstens, congratulated Mr. Sarsenov and wished the center productive work.

It should be emphasized that the Chairman of the Board of the Society of Honorary Consuls and Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Denis Van den Weghe, mentioned the upcoming 3rd International Congress of Honorary Consuls accredited both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad, in his speech. This event is scheduled to take place at the end of September 2022 in Almaty.

The International Congress of Honorary Consuls is unprecedented in its scale, as it unites about 100 representatives from all over the world. A landmark event of this Congress will be the arrival of the guest of honor in the person of the President of the World Organization of Honorary Consuls (FICAC). It is worth noting that within the framework of the two previous congresses, which were held in Nur-Sultan in 2017 and 2019, respectively, key issues were considered both in the consular sphere and those dedicated to the disclosure of Kazakhstan's investment potential in important areas of the economy.
