Business Breakfast at Novotel City Center Almaty

On September 20 of this year, the first Business Breakfast of the Society of Honorary Consuls was held with the participation of the Consul General of Hungary, Mr. Ferenc Blaumann, and the Trade Attache, Mr. Tibor Kovac, as well as honorary consuls who are members of the Society and based in Almaty, representing countries such as Slovenia, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Indonesia, Brazil, Thailand, Latvia, Armenia, North Macedonia.

The participants discussed the possibilities of mutually beneficial cooperation in Hungarian-Kazakh projects, as well as exchanged contacts to find common ground in various fields. The Business Breakfast was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board of the Society and Honorary Consul of Belgium, Mr. Denis Van den Weghe, and thanks to a reception kindly organized by the Honorary Consul of Slovenia, Mr. Azamat Syrgabayev. Such business breakfasts are planned to be organized presumably once every 3-4 weeks with the participation of Consuls General and Honorary of different countries.
